I, Bernadette Schwarz, am an explorer, adventurer and a trusted companion for women.

My life's journey has been shaped by diverse experiences that have shaped me into the dream weaver, yoga teacher, and survival trainer I am today. With a rich history of living abroad and many years of experience in the social sector, working with people with special needs, I bring a broad range of experiences and insights to my work.

My personality is characterized by curiosity, a thirst for adventure, creativity, and the gift of networking. Open to new encounters and in love with freedom, I describe myself as "WILD ~ FEMININE ~ NATURAL." As a dream weaver, I live out my passions and talents with dedication.

I have been teaching yoga since 2011 and initiated the "WILD NAYA YOGA" movement. I also founded the "WILD NAYA ASSOCIATION" and initiated the "HANDPAN SUMMER ACADEMY." I established "CASA ANANDA GRAZ" in 2018 and later handed it over to new owners.

My interests are diverse and multifaceted, from travel and adventure to inner silence and the wisdom of the moon. A close connection to nature and indigenous wisdom are particularly important to me. I feel a strong connection to power animals, love surfing, and the sounds of handpan music. Sound healing and ritual practices are other passions of mine.

My many years of work in the social sector have made it clear to me how unique and precious each person is, and I value the uniqueness of each individual.

Yoga is a loyal friend to me, and I'm convinced I'd like to introduce this friend to you in my own inspiring way. Yoga can be a loyal and very feminine companion in your life, guiding you positively through your female cycle.

As the founder of "CASA ANANDA GRAZ" (a center for diversity), the "WILD NAYA HANDPAN SUMMER ACADEMY," the "WILD NAYA" association, and "WILD NAYA YOGA," I am passionately dedicated to nature, the empowerment of the feminine, and individual development. I see myself as an inspiring companion for women on their unique life paths.
